Morning Routine

1. Eyelid Cleansing with Blephasol® Duo

Take a fresh lint-free pad from your pack

Apply 2-3 pumps of Blephasol® onto the pad

Close eyes and gently wipe each eyelid, starting from inner corner outward

Use a clean portion of the pad for each eye

No rinsing needed - let your skin air dry naturally

2. Apply Blephaderm® Cream

Wait until skin is completely dry from cleansing

Use clean fingertips to apply a small amount (rice grain size)

Gently pat around the eyelid area and lash line

Allow 2 minutes for complete absorption

3. Instill Thealoz® Duo Eye Drops

Wash hands thoroughly

Tilt head back and gently pull lower eyelid

Place 1-2 drops in each eye

Close eyes softly for 30 seconds to distribute

Repeat throughout the day as needed for comfort

4. Take PRN Omega-3 Supplement

Take recommended dose with breakfast

Follow with a full glass of water

Set a daily reminder to maintain consistency

Evening Routine

1. Warm Compress with i-Relief Mask

Microwave mask for 20-25 seconds

Test temperature on inner wrist for comfort

Apply using light circular motions for 30 seconds per eye
